Quality Commitment & Technologies

Our production facilities, spanning over 8,000 m² across two locations in Presov, are equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows us to maintain full control over every stage of development and manufacturing.

From CNC machining to aluminum surface treatments, including brushing, sandblasting, and in-house anodizing, we handle each component with utmost precision. Our SMT line ensures accurate placement of electronic components, while our dedicated assembly line brings every product to life with a combination of skilled craftsmanship and advanced engineering.

 

Key to our quality assurance is a suite of proprietary tube-testing devices—BT-1, TTM-1, and Aladdin—developed specifically for the rigorous selection and matching of vacuum tubes. Only tubes that meet our strict criteria make it into our products. To guarantee exceptional performance, each unit undergoes a full set of analog measurements using Audio Precision test systems, followed by a burn-in phase and critical listening tests.

Our facilities also include an acoustic testing chamber and an EMC lab chamber, both of which are used extensively during product development to ensure outstanding sonic performance and compliance with industry standards.

This vertically integrated approach allows us to deliver reliable, high-performance audio equipment where every detail is carefully considered—from the raw materials to the final sound.

CMT—CANOR MILLING TECHNOLOGY

For most of the CANOR products, CMT was used in the production of printed circuit boards. CMT ™ was created through a long-term effort to improve the sound performance of our products. It allows us to approach the dielectric loss factor (loss tangent) of printed circuit boards to the air loss factor, as the electronic circuits work with relatively high impedances, and any deterioration of the tangent (as with capacitors) also brings deterioration of the sound image and airiness. With this technology, we have achieved parameters as excellent as those achieved with "wire connections" by using very expensive and high-quality wires with Teflon insulation. However, our new technology has the advantage of repeatability in production with a 100% identical geometric arrangement (which is not possible with "wire-to-wire" connections). In addition, the advantage over "wire to wire" is that the connections are several times shorter than it is possible with a "wire to wire" connection.
